Participants who wish to cancel their orders must adhere to the following guidelines to be eligible to cancel:
Notification Period: Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery date.
Cancellation Requests: All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to our support team. Please include your details and a brief explanation for the cancellation to help us process your request more efficiently.
Confirmation of Cancellation: Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will process it within 48 hours and send you an email confirmation once the cancellation has been finalized.
Refund Policy
Following the acceptance of a cancellation request, the refund policy is as follows:
Eligibility for Refund: buyes who cancel their orders within the stipulated 3-day period will be eligible for a full refund of their order.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 business days from the confirmation of cancellation. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
Late Cancellations: Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
