By accessing or using any Olistic service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

1. “Olistic” refers to Olistic Marketplace and its services.
2. “User” refers to customers using the Marketplace app.
3. “Vendor” refers to sellers using the Olistic Store app.
4. “Delivery Partner” refers to delivery personnel using the Olistic Delivery app.
5. “Platform” refers to the Olistic website and mobile applications.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Olistic services.

By using the platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. User Accounts

1. Users may create accounts through the Olistic Marketplace app.
2. Vendors and Delivery Partners cannot self-register and must be onboarded by Olistic Admin or authorized partners.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Platform Usage

You agree not to:

1. Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities
2. Misuse or attempt to disrupt platform services
3. Upload false, misleading, or prohibited content

Olistic reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Orders, Products, and Services

1. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of listed products.
2. Olistic acts as a marketplace platform and does not manufacture or own listed products.
3. Prices, availability, and product details are set by vendors.

6. Payments and Transactions

1. Payments are processed through approved payment methods available on the platform.
2. Olistic is not responsible for payment delays caused by third-party payment providers.
3. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to vendor policies and platform rules.

7. Delivery Services

1. Delivery Partners are assigned orders by the platform.
2. Delivery status updates must be accurate and timely.
3. Olistic is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond reasonable control.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Olistic may suspend or terminate accounts if:

1. These Terms are violated
2. Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected
3. Legal or regulatory requirements apply

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including logos, designs, and software, belongs to Olistic or its licensors.
